You can report a stolen bike using our online report form. Fill in your contact details, the date and location of the theft, and a description of your bike. If you have registered your bike on our platform, you can select it directly from your account to pre-fill the details.
No — anyone can submit a crime report without creating an account. However, registering gives you additional benefits such as pre-registering your bikes, tracking the progress of your reports, and being notified of any updates from our team.
Log in to your account and navigate to the Bicycles tab in your Account Management page. Click "Add a Bike" and fill in the details — make, model, serial number, colour, and any other relevant information. We recommend also registering with a national scheme such as BikeRegister for additional coverage.

If you submitted your report while logged in, you can view the status of all your reports in the My Reports tab on your Account Management page. Reports are marked as Open, In Progress, or Resolved as our team works on them.
Do not attempt to purchase or confront anyone. Take a screenshot of the listing including the URL, price, and seller details, then contact us via the contact form or call 101 with the information. Our team will investigate and work to recover the bike safely.
